The 3050C3 is a 4-bedroom colonial with a 3-car side entry garage attached. When you walk in from the foyer you have the study on one side. If you’d like there is an option to close off the study and add double doors, or you can leave it open as is. Then you lead yourself into the powder room on one side and a walk-in closet on the other side which is great for coats and shoe. The great room comes with a fireplace and mantle, which you can see when you first walk through the front door. The kitchen and nook are combined with a peninsula and 9” overhang. Off the garage you have your mudroom with an optional cubby unit. Upstairs is going to have your 4 bedrooms including the master bedroom. The master bedroom comes with two separate walk-in closets and a separate master bathroom with a tiled deck tub and separate shower. The laundry room is going to be upstairs, which is convenient to bring all the clothes. Finally, you have another full bathroom upstairs which is great for the 3 bedrooms to share.
